Mrs. Annie Jennette Hollis was born on March 4, 1964 in Gladewater, Texas to the parents of the late O.P. Jones and Dorothy Bell Jones-Hill. She attended and graduated from Gilmer High School in 1982.

She is preceded in death by her husband John Hollis, parents O.P. Jones and Dorothy Bell-Jones-Hill, two brothers: Roland Oneil and Edward Lee Jones.

Jennette is survived by two children: Kenya Hollis (Jaz) and Alfonso Hollis (Keisha) of Paris, Texas; five siblings: Bridgette Jones (her caretaker), James Jones, Jennifer Kennedy Lamont Jeffery (Raven) and NaTashia Whetstone of Dallas, Texas; two helpful nieces: LaAshley Jones and ShunTellia Jones and a great and wonderful host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends
