Alton Smith was born on November 26, 1962 to the late parents of Mr. Sylvester & Neveda Smith in Dallas, Texas. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends.

Alton loved the Lord of host so very much with all his heart, mind and soul. His passion included going to church, taking care of his beloved mom, daughters, and          grandchildren.  He also like them cowboys and spending time with his sisters and brothers.

Alton's infectious laughter and warm personality extended well beyond his immediate family.  He will be remembered for the lasting imprint he left on the lives of those he        encountered. He gave true friendship, mentorship, and love to all who knew him. His laughter and captivating stories will echo in our hearts for years to come.

He is survived by his two lovely daughters: Kiamesha Massey and Larnetha Massey; stepson Nation; (7) grandchildren: Boosie, Kiameshaun, Tristan, Antonio, Eddie, Kenya and  Thinpin; (3) sisters: Alice, Mary and Marilyn; (1) brother Kenneth along with a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
