Arleene Williams Frierson was born on August 5, 1943 in Novice, Texas to the union of Harvest Williams Sr. and Leora Thompson. She was second of ten children. She was a graduate of North Powderly High School. After graduation, Arleene began to work in the motel business for many years. Afterwards, she worked in the Home Health Care System.
